Joanna works in two distinctive formats - The first is more grounded in personal process work and self enquiry, so the format is more talk therapy in style with an energy based twist. The second is what Joanna affectionately refers to as ‘table sessions’ - The client lies on a massage style table and Joanna works silently within the energy field to rebalance, restructure, clear and realign. Both can be facilitated remotely online or in person.

No, Joanna’s formal training includes several certifications in Energy Psychology, a BSc in Energy Healing Science and 2 years post degree Advanced Studies in Body Centered Psychotherapy. Joanna also brings tangible leadership strategy to her clients, leaning on her 10 year career in business, brand and advertising.

Joanna’s private practice sessions run at 60 minutes and most clients typically have sessions routinely every 2 weeks. Joanna also offers intensives which can range between 2-4 hours per intensive.

Energy knows no bounds as science is now proving, therefore because of Joanna’s education and skill development, she has the ability to connect deeply with her clients energy regardless of whether they are physically in the room or not. The efficacy of a session is not affected by physical proximity.
